Please brand and install your custom print yourselves, upon receipt of station. Our installer will arrive in a few days to connect your station and provide a training.
PLEASE REMOVE PACKAGING AND SITUATE STATION IN PLACE OF USE .
You must do preparation steps below.
Your O'land Install & Training visit will complete the rest.

Branding
Install
Please brand and install your custom print yourselves,
upon receipt of station.
Branding Material: in order not to damage the station, and for seasonal branding, use SLT (Short Life Time) material. For the SLT we suggest using a calendered vinyl film, 3.2 mil, with a low tack adhesive removable up to one year (ie: Arlon DPF 510GTR or similar).
Step-by-step
WATER: Make sure your drinking water source is easily reachable and primed for activation. Calculate the distance from the source to determine the required length of the incoming hose, and identify a suitable area for discharging grey water (such as a nearby drain or gutter).
RECEIVE: Coordinate to have a forklift prepared to receive the station or unload it at the loading dock using a pallet jack. Utilize forklift inserts under the station for secure transportation.
SITUATE & LEVEL: Position your unit on a stable and even surface. Adjust the feet to achieve proper leveling, ensuring efficient drainage from the sinks.
DO NOT
Do not transport water stations with water inside the water chillers.
HOSES
WATER ENTRY:
Equip with a 5/8-inch (ID) food-grade drinking water hose for incoming water.
Available for purchase.
GREY WATER:
Opt for a 2-inch (ID) HEAVY-DUTY backwash hose with CLAMP for grey water. Available for purchase.
CABLE MATS:
Safeguard your water lines with cable mats.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION: To power the water chillers located inside the station, make sure to have extension cables ready to connect to a standard 3-prong 110V electrical plug. Protect these lines using cable mats. *For stations with water chillers ONLY.
UMBRELLA PREP: Have your extra pallet of umbrella parts ready beside each station for our team to mount at time of installation.
MAINTENANCE & DATA CARE PACKAGE - PREVIEW
The O‘land Water Fill Station is equipped with an intelligent water meter and a mobile app for convenient remote monitoring of water usage data. To maintain optimal hygiene throughout your operating season, we will promptly dispatch replacement charcoal filters as recommended.
